1892-O Morgan Silver Dollar, New Orleans Mint, Circulated

1892-O Morgan Silver Dollar featuring Lady Liberty on the obverse with the date 1892 and the inscription “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” The reverse features the iconic American eagle with outstretched wings, holding arrows and an olive branch, surrounded by a laurel wreath. The “O” mintmark beneath the wreath identifies this coin as being struck at the New Orleans Mint. The coin appears to be in circulated condition, approximately Very Fine (VF) based on the photographs. Moderate wear is visible on Liberty’s hair and facial features, as well as on the eagle’s feathers and other high points. The major design details remain clearly defined. The surfaces show scattered contact marks, abrasions, and light scratches consistent with circulation. The coin displays an aged gray-silver appearance with darker toning in recessed areas.
